We want you to love your purchase. If you have any issue with an order, please contact us at 1686518809@qq.com before sending any item back.

Returns

For non-personalized items, we accept return requests within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition, with tags and original packaging where applicable. Proof of purchase is required.

After your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address by email. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Personalized and custom items

Personalized or custom-made items, including engraved jewelry, name necklaces, birthstone pieces, coordinate jewelry, photo jewelry, and any item made with customer-selected personalization, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or we made an error on your order.

Please check spelling, dates, names, sizes, and personalization details carefully before placing your order. Once production has started, personalized details may not be changeable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at 1686518809@qq.com with your order number and clear photos. If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for gift cards, final sale items, items that have been worn or altered, or items returned without prior approval.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return for the original item if eligible and place a new order after the return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.

European Union cooling-off period

If an eligible order is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days after delivery, unless an exception applies. Personalized or custom-made products may be excluded from this right where permitted by law.
